Vortex

Talon HD 10K 10x42 Ballistic Laser Rangefinding Binocular

$3,499.99

One glass for the whole job: 10x42 binoculars that range to ten thousand yards and put the wind and drop solution in the eyepiece.

Vortex's flagship rangefinding binocular, built for western hunting, precision long range and competition. The glass is their HD optical system with XR Plus and ArmorTek coatings, 10x through 42mm objectives, 18.5mm of eye relief, 321 feet of field at a thousand yards, close focus at 15 feet. The laser ranges reflective targets to 10,000 yards, trees to 4,000 and deer to 2,400, down to a 10-yard minimum, in line-of-sight, angle-compensated or full ballistic modes, with scan, first, last, extended-range and rain-fog target modes. The ballistic half is the integrated GeoBallistics solver with a full bullet library: custom profiles, on-board sensors for temperature, pressure, humidity, compass bearing and inclination, a wind-bearing capture mode, and a range-card generator that saves ten cards with drop and wind corrections. Everything shows on an auto-levelling red OLED display. Pairs with Vortex Relay devices to pass ballistic, environmental and rifle data across a setup, and the GeoBallistics app on the phone. Nitrogen purged, rubber armored, tripod adaptable, waterproof, fogproof, shockproof. 40.8 ounces, 6.3 by 5.5 inches, a CR123. Ships with a GlassPak Sport harness, neck strap, tethered objective covers and a rainguard. Unlimited unconditional lifetime warranty.
