Sold as a turkey fryer, and Riley's runs a different job: boiling deer skulls clean for European mounts, which is why it's on this shelf with the Skull Hookers they end up on. A 38,000 BTU cast burner sits in a 12-inch welded steel stand, fed by an LP hose and a regulator with a Type 1 connection and a CSA-certified, battery-operated timer (two AAA batteries, not included). The pot is 29 quarts of aluminum with a pour spout, heat-resistant handles and a lid; the set adds a turkey rack, a lifting hook and a deep-fry thermometer. Runs on a 20-pound propane tank, not included. 15 inches wide, 13.4 deep, 28 tall.
